We are looking for a Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for high-volume operational positions in Brooklyn, New York. This role is well suited for someone who can independently manage the recruiting lifecycle, from talent outreach and screening through offer coordination and onboarding support. The ideal candidate brings experience hiring field-based service employees such as cleaning, housekeeping, or security staff and can keep multiple searches moving efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational and service-focused positions, including housekeeping, cleaning, security, and related roles.
• Identify suitable candidates through job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, and other talent channels to build a steady hiring pipeline.
• Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews to move applicants through each stage of the process.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders to ensure timely updates and an organized hiring experience.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and candidate records accurately within the applicant tracking system.
• Manage several open requisitions at once while balancing speed, quality, and responsiveness.
• Support onboarding coordination by helping ensure selected candidates complete pre-employment steps and are prepared to start.
• Operate as the primary recruiting resource with minimal oversight, taking ownership of daily hiring priorities and outcomes.

• Prior experience in recruiting is required.

• Proven background hiring housekeepers, cleaners, security personnel, or similar service-oriented staff is required.

• Ability to manage the full recruitment process independently from sourcing through onboarding coordination.

• Strong sourcing and high-volume hiring experience across multiple open roles.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting administration.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain follow-up and documentation across active searches.

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
