To support the creative team at Dhar Mann Studios, a dynamic Freelance Writer will ideate and script original content for the Main YouTube Channel, working remotely or onsite in Burbank, with a focus on delivering high-impact stories that resonate with a broad audience. Key responsibilities: Crafting high-impact ideas and expanding pitches into full story outlines and scripts against tight deadlines Collaborating with Showrunners, Script Managers, and Production teams to develop and elevate content through all creative stages Tracking platform trends and audience feedback to inform and enhance future scripts while maintaining brand voice Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience writing scripted content in the digital space, preferably with high viewership Deep expertise in digital platforms and audience retention mechanics Ability to quickly outline high-quality scripted concepts Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environments Proven expertise in young adult content
