Position: SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BRIM, usage mediation, Java development, and high-volume transaction processing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) including Mediation Zones, workflows, pipelines, routing, filtering, and event processing.
• Develop Java-based mediation rules, validations, transformations, and data enrichment logic.
• Manage usage/event data processing, normalization, aggregation, duplicate detection, and error handling.
• Integrate CM with external systems using SFTP, APIs, EDI, and file-based interfaces.
• Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes across SAP BRIM components including CM, CC, CI, and FI-CA.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and production support for mediation pipelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP BRIM experience with strong focus on Convergent Mediation (CM) .
• Hands-on expertise in Mediation Zones, Pipelines, Routing, Filtering, and Event Processing.
• Strong Java development/scripting skills.
• Experience with high-volume usage and billing data processing.
• Knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.
• Experience with SFTP, EDI, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
