Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. Your primary role will involve the development, integration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. You will collaborate with engineers and developers across various layers of our infrastructure. A strong commitment to teamwork, innovative problem-solving, and delivering high-quality products is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Translate Functional to Technical: Convert functional requirements into actionable technical requirements.
• Apex Code Development: Design and build efficient, reusable, and reliable Apex code adhering to industry best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of application performance, including future scalability.
• Client Relationship: Act as a self-starter who can own project tasks and build client relationships.
• Debugging: Identify and fix bugs to align with project requirements.
• Testing: Write test classes to achieve more than 80% code coverage for developed classes.
• Deployment: Test bug fixes thoroughly according to requirements before deploying them to production.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to integrate Salesforce with other technologies.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Apex Development: Proficiency in Apex is a must.
• Editor Experience: Familiarity with editors like MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com.
• Visualforce Development: Experience in developing Visualforce pages.
• Communication Skills: Ability to consult with clients on Salesforce solutions effectively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Lightning Experience: Hands-on experience with Lightning component and Lightning design development.
• Salesforce Administration: Experience in administrative tasks like managing users, security controls, and data. Knowledge in creating roles, profiles, and reports.
• Custom Design: Experience in designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email templates.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential
