Job Description Clinical Excellence: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planing with a gentle, professional touch.
Advanced Diagnostics: Conduct thorough oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, and capture high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images.
Patient Advocacy: Act as an educator, explaining the vital link between oral health and systemic wellness while providing personalized home-care strategies.
Collaborative Care: Work side-by-side with Dr. Mike and Dr. Mark to develop and execute customized treatment plans.
Digital Integration: Maintain precise, meticulous patient records and treatment notes using EagleSoft.
part-time $50 - $58 per hour

Standard Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with EagleSoft software and comfort using modern dental technology and digital X-rays.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a "patient-first" mindset characterized by a positive, supportive attitude.
Clinical Skillset: Proven experience in direct patient care, periodontal therapy, and collaborative teamwork.
