Job Description

Coca-Cola is seeking motivated Order Pickers to retrieve product cases according to received orders using a tablet, assemble full pallets, shrink-wrap them, and transport pallets to the staging area with an electric jack. This is a fast-paced role requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and assemble product cases onto pallets according to orders.
• Shrink-wrap pallets and transport them to the staging area using an electric jack.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency, with a target of handling up to 250 pallets per hour.
• Follow safety procedures, including back injury prevention guidelines.
• Ensure personal time is submitted correctly (employees responsible for turning in their own time).
• Adhere to dress code: tennis shoes and shorts.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a 5-panel drug test and have no felony convictions.
• No milk-based or nut-based allergies.
• Strong work ethic: perfect attendance and no job hopping.
• Basic math skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend and lift consistently; smaller stature preferred due to frequent lifting and bending.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training on pallet jack provided.
