. This contract, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for an Associate-level CRNA to provide high-quality anesthesia care within a dynamic Medical Practice environment.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to deliver safe and effective anesthesia services. Your expertise will directly contribute to patient outcomes and procedural efficiency, supporting a wide range of surgical and diagnostic cases. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia appropriate to patient condition and procedure
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and patient education
• Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia depth throughout procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to individualize anesthesia plans
• Manage airway and respond promptly to anesthesia-related emergencies
• Document anesthesia care accurately in accordance with clinical standards
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and sterilization standards
• Support postoperative recovery and pain management as needed

Requirements

• Associate-level experience as a CRNA or Nurse Anesthetist
• Active, unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license and CRNA certification
• Proven clinical experience in anesthesiology or perioperative settings
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacological agents, and monitoring equipment
• Ability to perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments
• Proficiency in airway management and emergency response protocols
• Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, procedures, and patient needs
• Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality
• Level III trauma

Schedule: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts

~15 anesthetizing locations

Cases: OB, everything else except ENT, pediatrics, and neuro

Will perform regional blocks and lines

Care team model

EMR: Sunrise/Altera, MedAxion

ACLS and BLS required

Paid travel & expenses
