Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat platforms. Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions. Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining quality interactions. Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues as needed. Collaborate with other teams to elevate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer concerns and trends. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a live chat environment. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
