Now Hiring: Field Supervisor – Concrete Finishing

Location: Longs 
Salary: Starting at $1,200/week
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekly Pay

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Field Supervisor with hands-on experience in concrete finishing to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage crews, oversee job sites, and ensure high-quality work is delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate concrete finishing teams on job sites
  
  
• Maintain high safety and quality standards
  
  
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and crew members
  
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  
  
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and layouts
• Driving to communities and checking each assigned job is completed correctly on the daily basis 
• Reviewing the schedule everyday to ensure all jobs are on track 
• Communicating immediately with builder in charge and our office staff if any job cannot be completed on the scheduled date
  
  

Qualifications:

• Solid background in concrete finishing
  
  
• Prior experience leading construction crews
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
