Law firm is seeking a Conflicts Researcher to join their Los Angeles office. Responsibilities Conduct conflicts checks and research for new client matters and attorney hires Perform corporate and entity research using online databases and firm resources Partner with attorneys and legal staff to gather information for new matters and identify all relevant parties Develop search strategies and analyze conflicts search results for accuracy and relevance Prepare clear, concise conflicts reports and communicate findings to attorneys and firm stakeholders Maintain and update the firm's conflicts database with client and related-party information Qualifications Bachelor's degree At least 1+ year of experience in legal required; an internship or work experience is preferred Experience conducting in-depth online and corporate research Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, research, and critical thinking skills Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
